What payment method can I use to make my purchase?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro) and installment payments with Klarna.
“ If you buy with Klarna, you will receive your order and pay in 3 installments. You confirm that the installments will be sold and purchased by Klarna, the related parties and their beneficiaries, and you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably authorize and consent to this sale. ”
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
If you have a discount code, you can apply it to your purchase before confirming your order and before paying. Make sure you enter your code in the appropriate field and click the "apply code" button for it to be applied to your order.
Please note that only one discount can be applied per order.
Always check the terms and conditions that you will find in the discount code.
How do I know I've made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a purchase confirmation email within 24 hours, containing your order reference and details of the items included in your order. If you do not receive it, please contact us at webshop@tantarainwear.com .
Shipping
Where can I receive my order?
You can receive it at your home, at your work, or wherever you prefer, but we cannot ship to PO boxes .

When will I receive my order?
Delivery days (business days) from the date the package leaves our warehouse are:
- 2-3 days home delivery and 4-5 days to a collection point in mainland Spain
- 3-5 days home delivery and 6-7 days to a collection point in Spain and the Balearic Islands
- 3-6 days home delivery and 6-7 days to a collection point in EU countries
The items will be shipped within one business day of placing the order.
These deadlines do not take into account force majeure events not attributable to TANTÄ.
Your order can be delivered anytime between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
**Normal delivery times may vary and/or be delayed during special campaigns and promotions.
How much does shipping cost?
Spain:
Shipping costs €5 and €4 with Mondial Relay. €2.50 for purchases over €79 and free with Mondial Relay .
Free shipping on orders over €100
France:
Shipping costs €7 and €6 with Mondial Relay. €3.50 for purchases over €100 and free with Mondial Relay .
EU:
Shipping costs €7, free on purchases over €150.

We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra.
Exchanges and returns
What do I need to do to exchange an item?
It is not possible to change the size or color through the Tantä website.
If you wish to exchange an item purchased for a different size or color, you must return the unwanted items and place a new order with the correct items.
What do I need to do to return an item?
Go on Click the link below and add your tracking ID along with your purchase email. The platform will guide you through the process quickly and easily.
How do I prepare the package for return?
Products must be handled and stored with care and returned in their original condition and packaging, if possible. All original labels must be retained .
What is the deadline for making a return?
The deadline for any return is 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order .
* WE'VE EXTENDED THE RETURN PERIOD FOR CHRISTMAS ORDERS. All orders placed between December 3rd and January 5th can be returned until January 21st.
How much does the return cost?
The cost is the same as standard shipping, €5. This amount will be deducted from the final refund for the returned items.
When and how will I receive my refund?
Upon receiving the package at our facilities, we will verify the condition of the returned items and proceed with the refund, minus the return shipping costs. You will receive the refund to the same payment method you used for your order within 4 to 10 business days.
TANTÄ reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet any of the aforementioned conditions. Items must Keep all labels intact and they must be in perfect condition, properly folded and without signs of use .
What should I do if my refund amount is incorrect?
We sincerely regret this error. Please contact us at webshop@tantarainwear.com and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
If you ever receive an item you did not order by mistake, please contact us via email : webshop@tantarainwear.com . We will try to resolve it as soon as possible.
