How much does the return cost me?

The cost is the same as regular shipping, €5 which will be deducted from your final refund.

What should I do to return an item?

Follow this link and add your tracking ID along with your purchase email. The platform will guide you quickly and easily.

How do I return the product?

Products must be handled and stored with care and returned in their original condition and packaging, with all original tags attached, if possible. If you wish to exchange the Products for a different size or color, please return the items and place a new order.

Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

What is the deadline for making a return?

The return period is 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. This year, we've extended the deadline to January 10th for purchases made after December 5th.

When and how will I receive my refund?

Upon receiving the package at our facilities (items must be in perfect condition and properly folded , with no signs of use and all labels attached as shipped), you will receive a refund using the same payment method you used to place your order within a maximum of 6 business days.

TANTÄ reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet any of the aforementioned conditions.

What should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?

We are very sorry that this error occurred. Please contact us via email. help@itsrever.com and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Can I make an exchange?

If you want to exchange an item, you must return the item you received and make a new purchase.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

If you accidentally receive an item you didn't order, please contact us at help@itsrever.com . We'll try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Payments

What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro) and installment payments with Klarna.

" If you purchase with Klarna, you will receive your order and pay in 3 installments. You confirm that the installments will be sold to and purchased by Klarna, the related parties, and their beneficiaries, and you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably authorize and consent to this sale. "

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

If you have a discount code, you can apply it to your purchase before confirming your order and before paying. Make sure you enter your code in the appropriate box and click the "Apply Code" button to apply it to your order.

Please note that only one discount can be applied per order.

Always check the terms and conditions that you will find in the discount code.

How do I know that my purchase was successful?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a purchase confirmation email within 24 hours with your order reference and details of the items included in your order. If you don't receive it, please contact us at webshop@tantarainwear.com .

Shipping

Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at home, at work, or wherever you prefer, but we cannot ship to PO boxes .

When will I receive my order?

Delivery days (business days) from the time the package leaves our warehouse are:

  • 2-3 days to home delivery and 4-5 days to delivery point in mainland Spain
  • 3-5 days to your home and 6-7 days to a delivery point in Spain and the Balearic Islands.
  • 3-6 days to home delivery and 6-7 days to delivery point to EU countries

Items will be shipped within one business day of placing your order.

These deadlines do not take into account causes of force majeure not attributable to TANTÄ.

Your order can be delivered anytime between 8am and 8pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

How much does shipping cost?

Spain:

Shipping costs are €5 and €4 with Mondial Relay. €2.50 for purchases over €79 and free with Mondial Relay .

Purchases over €100 free


France: 

Shipping costs are €7 and €6 with Mondial Relay. €3.50 for purchases over €100 and free with Mondial Relay .

EU: 

Shipping costs €7, free on purchases over €150.
