You will receive a gift card for the full amount of your return.

This code has no expiration date, use it whenever you want!

If you select this option, you will not be charged for return shipping costs.
It's the most convenient option if you plan to shop at our store again.

❖ Refund to the original payment method

You will receive your refund using the same payment method you used.

Return shipping costs will be deducted: €5 for national shipments and €7 for
international shipments.
