HOW DO I CARE FOR MY TANTÄ PRODUCT?

TANTÄ garments are made for easy care and to extend the life of the garment.

For the longest lifespan of our products, just be sure to follow the care instructions and use them properly.

Care instructions can be found on the inside label of the garments or in the care section of each product on our website.

 

CARE TIPS

Our polyurethane fabric is durable, but delicate when it comes to maintenance and cleaning.

For stains/marks on this fabric, we recommend the following options:

  1. Try cleaning it with a damp cloth, then wipe it with a dry one.
  2. We recommend using a cleaning product called "Magic Sponge." You can try removing the stain from your garment with this product, either dry or wet, depending on the type of stain.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

WARRANTY POLICY:

All TANTÄ products come with a full two-year statutory warranty from delivery against material defects or defects in the workmanship of the garment.

If a product under warranty has a manufacturing defect, the warranty entitles the consumer to have it repaired at no cost; if it can't be repaired, it can be replaced with a new one; and if the item isn't available in stock, the amount paid for it can be refunded.

The warranty does not cover situations such as: Consequential damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, improper washing, normal wear and tear, and natural degradation of fabrics and colors.

We are currently unable to perform repairs on products that are not covered by our product warranty.

WHERE DID YOU PURCHASE THE PRODUCT?

  • IN OUR ONLINE STORE:

All products purchased at www.tantarainwear.com come with a two-year warranty. If you wish to file a warranty claim for a TANTÄ product, please email us at webshop@tantarainwear.com with the following information: photos of the defect in the garment and the order number or name under which it was placed.

  • IN ANOTHER STORE THAT DISTRIBUTES TANTÄ (online or physical):

For products purchased at multi-brand stores that sell TANTÄ products, the warranty remains valid for two years. These items must be returned to the same retail location where they were purchased. Please contact the retail location in question for further instructions.

  • IN AN OFFICIAL TANTÄ OUTLET:

In the case of garments purchased at physical outlets, there is no warranty of any kind.
