What is the deadline for a return?

The deadline for any return is 15 calendar days (extended to 30 days over the Christmas period) from the date of receipt of the order.

What should I do to return an item?

If you want to return an item purchased through tantarainwear.com the garments must be in their original packaging, unworn, with their accessories and tags, and must be in perfect condition.

You must follow the following procedure:

Follow this link and add your tracking number or order number along with the postcode. The platform will guide you in a quick and easy way. You will be able to drop off the package at the nearest collection point or at the one of your choice.

When and how will I receive the amount of my return?

After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition and have all the labels), you will receive the refund in the same payment method you used to place your order within a maximum period of 4 working days.

TANTÄ reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet any of the above conditions.

What should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?

We are very sorry for this mistake. Please contact us via email at webshop@tantarainwear.com and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.

Can I make an exchange?

If you want to exchange an item, you must return the item you received and make a new purchase.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an item that you have not ordered, please contact us via email at webshop@tantarainwear.com. We will try to solve it as soon as possible.

Payments

What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro).

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

If you have a discount code, you can apply it to your purchase before confirming the order and before paying. Make sure you type your code in the appropriate box and click on the "apply code" button to apply it to your order.

Please note that only one discount can be applied per order.

Always check the terms and conditions that you will find in the discount code.

How do I know I have made a successful purchase?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive, within 24 hours maximum, an email confirmation of the purchase with the reference of your order and the detail of the items included in that order. If you do not receive it, please contact us via email at webshop@tantarainwear.com.

Shipping

Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at home, at work or wherever you prefer, but we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

How do I know where my order is?

When will I receive my order?

The delivery days (working days) from the departure of the package from our warehouse are:

2-3 days for home delivery and 4-5 days for delivery point to mainland Spain
3-5 days to your home address and 6-7 days to a delivery point in Spain Balearic Islands
3-6 days at home and 6-7 days at delivery point to EU countries

Items will be shipped within one working day after the order is placed.

These delivery times do not take into account force majeure causes not attributable to TANTÄ.

Your order can be delivered at any time between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday (except holidays).

How much does shipping cost?

Spain: shipping costs 5€, free shipping from 79€.
EU: shipping costs 7€, free shipping from 100€.

To check the shipping rates to the rest of the countries you should contact TANTÄ by sending an email to webshop@tantarainwear.com.

Currently we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra. 

At the moment, we only send to the following countries: Spain, Portugal, France and Italy.
