➔ What options do I have for making a return?
In Tantä offers you two options to manage your return:
❖ Gift card
You will receive a gift card for the full amount of your return.
This code has no expiration date, use it whenever you want!
If you select this option, you won't be charged for return shipping. It's the most convenient option if you plan to shop at our store again.
❖ Refund to the original payment method
You will receive your refund using the same payment method you used.
Return shipping costs will be deducted: €5 for domestic shipments and €7 for international shipments.
➔ How do I return an item?
If you purchased through www.tantarainwear.com , follow these steps to manage your return:

For your return to be accepted, the items must be:

❖ PACKAGE DELIVERY
Drop off your package at the post office that is most convenient for you.
You can print the label or show it directly from your mobile phone at the time of delivery.
❖ RETURN AND REFUND CONFIRMATION
Once we receive the item at our facilities and confirm that it meets the
conditions, you will receive your refund within a maximum of 6 business days.
The refund will be issued via the original payment method or gift card, depending on the option you selected when processing the return.
We'll notify you by email when your return has been accepted. If you selected a gift card, you'll receive it by email.

➔ How do I return an item purchased in a store?
If you have purchased an item In a physical store, any exchange or return must be handled directly with that establishment.
It is not possible to process returns from physical stores through the website.
By making a purchase, you agree to the store's return policy. Remember that you must present the original purchase receipt.
➔ How long do I have to make a return?
You have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to make a return.
During the holiday season (orders placed after December 8th), we have extended the delivery time to 30 days.
