What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro) and payment in three installments with Klarna.

If you buy with Klarna, you will receive your order and pay in 3 installments and you confirm that the installments will be sold and purchased by Klarna, the related parties and their beneficiaries and, therefore, you unconditionally and irrevocably authorize and consent to this sale.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

If you have a discount code, you can apply it to your purchase in the last step before proceeding to payment of the order.

Make sure you enter your code in the correct field and click the "apply code" button for the discount to be applied to your order. If you don't see the discount applied, don't start the checkout process, as it won't be possible to apply it later and you'll have to pay the full price of the items you purchase.

Please note that certain coupons cannot be combined with other existing coupons or offers.

If you have any doubts, always consult the terms and conditions corresponding to each discount code.

How do I know I've made my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a purchase confirmation email within 24 hours, containing your order reference and details of the items included in your order. If you do not receive it, please contact us at webshop@tantarainwear.com .
