HOW DO I CARE FOR MY TANTÄ PRODUCT?
TANTÄ garments are made for easy care to prolong the life of the garment.
For a longer durability of our products, just make sure you follow the care instructions and make good use of them.
Care instructions can be found on the inside label of the garments or in the care section of each product on our website.
Our polyurethane fabric is a durable fabric, but delicate when it comes to maintenance and cleaning.
For stains/marks on this fabric, we recommend the following options:
- Try wiping it with a damp cloth, then wiping it with a dry one.
- We recommend the use of the cleaning product called "Magic Sponge". You can try to remove the stain from your garment with this product dry, or wet, depending on the type of stain.
All TANTÄ products have a full legal warranty of. two years from delivery for defects in materials or defects in the manufacture of the garment.
If a product under warranty has a manufacturing defect, the warranty entitles the consumer to have the product repaired free of charge; if it is not possible to repair it, it will be replaced by a new one; and if there is no stock available of that item, the amount paid for it will be refunded.
The warranty does not cover situations such as: Emergent damage caused by accident, improper care, neglect, improper washing, normal wear and tear and natural degradation of fabrics and colors.
We are currently unable to make repairs to products that are not covered by our product warranty.
WHERE DID YOU BUY THE PRODUCT?

All products purchased from www.tantarainwear.com carry a two-year warranty. If you want to file a warranty claim for a TANTÄ product, please send us an email to email@example.com indicating the following information: photos of the defect in the garment and the order number or name of the person who placed the order.
- IN ANOTHER STORE THAT DISTRIBUTES TANTÄ (online or physical):
For products purchased at multi-brand stores that distribute TANTÄ products, our warranty policy states that items must be returned to the same point of sale where they were purchased. Please check with the point of sale in question to find out how to proceed.
- AT AN OFFICIAL TANTÄ OUTLET:
In the case of garments purchased in physical OUTLETs, these garments do not have any type of warranty.
