How to make a return?
If you still need to make a return, because the item does not suit you, or because it is not to your liking, we explain below what steps you must follow to make the return correctly.

PACK YOUR RETURN
To make the return, the product must be handled and stored carefully, respecting its condition, labels and original packaging. That is to say, the garment must arrive in the protective plastic, just as we have sent it to you, with all its accessories included and without any sign of use or washing.
In the case of polyurethane garments, it must be taken into account that it is a very delicate fabric and requires a good folding so that the garment does not arrive with any marks and we can accept your return without any problems.

CREATE AND PRINT YOUR RETURN LABEL
Once you have the package ready, go to the following link and add your tracking number or order number (with the # included), along with your zip code. The platform will guide you in an agile and simple way, to acquire your return label and paste it on the package.

DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGE AT THE SELECTED METHOD/POINT OF DELIVERY
Deposit the package in the selected return method.

TANTÄ reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet any of the above conditions. If your return cannot be accepted due to non-conformity with the above conditions, we will contact you immediately.

RETURN CONFIRMATION AND REFUND
After receiving and approving the return in our warehouse we will process the refund of your return, discounting its cost.
You will receive the refund within a maximum period of 15 days, depending on your bank. You will be able to see this refund in the movements of the card with which you made the purchase.
What return methods do I have?
When processing the return you can choose between two shipping methods
- MAIL. In this option you will have to leave the package in a Post Office selected when creating your label. The delivery time with this method will be: NATIONAL: 5 - 7 days
INTERNATIONAL: 10 - 15 days
- MONDIAL RELAY: In this option you will have to select a member Pack Point, in which to leave your package when creating your label. The shipping time with this method will be: NATIONAL: 10 - 15 days
INTERNATIONAL: 15 - 20 days
This method is currently only available for Spain, France and Italy.
These days do not count in the computation of the return time. The return period of 15 days, is from the reception of your order, until the delivery of the return in the selected method.
How much does the return cost?
TANTÄ does not cover the cost of returning the product.These will always be charged to the customer. These expenses will be deducted from the amount of the final refund.

What to do if the return amount is incorrect?

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an item that you have not ordered, please contact us by email at webshop@tantarainwear.com. We will try to solve it as soon as possible.
Can I make an exchange?
In TANTÄ we do not make exchanges. To exchange an item, you must process a return and make a new purchase.
